Due to the nature of our offerings and for the safety and health of our customers, we have a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review their orders before finalizing the purchase. This includes ensuring that the correct products, quantities, and shipping information are provided.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product Dissatisfaction: As our products are Ayurvedic formulations and personal care items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that do not meet personal expectations.
- Service-Related Issues: If you have availed of any of our Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, or other services, refunds will not be provided once the service is rendered.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders canceled due to a change of mind after the purchase is completed.
- Incorrect Orders: We ask our customers to carefully verify their order details before submitting. No refunds will be issued for orders placed with incorrect details by the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare instance that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the same product. No refunds will be issued, and we may require proof of damage, such as photos or a return of the defective product.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personal nature of Ayurvedic products, including supplements, oils, powders, and herbal formulations, we do not accept returns for any reason, including product dissatisfaction or unused items.
